Players who purchased an End of Nations product will receive a refund for their purchase.

How do I obtain a refund if I paid using a PaySafeCard?

If you purchased an End of Nations product using a PaySafeCard, Trion Worlds will automatically provide you with a replacement PaySafeCard PIN via email.

If you purchased an End of Nations Credit Pack using a promotional PaySafeCard PIN, the Credit Pack will be available through your Trion Account for use toward End of Nations purchases as soon as the game is commercially available.

How do I obtain a refund if I paid using a Credit Card or PayPal?

If you purchased an End of Nations product using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or a PayPal account, Trion Worlds will automatically refund the payment method used for your original purchase. You will receive an email confirmation of your transaction once your refund has been completed.

How do I obtain a refund if I paid using an Allopass payment method?

If you have purchased an End of Nations product using a Direct Debit payment method such as Sofortüberweisung, Giropay, Bancontact, please contact Allopass Customer Support to obtain a refund. You will need to provide Allopass with your bank account information so they may process your refund.
